Cynthia Krause is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of experience
helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. She earned her Master’s
degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary and brings a
compassionate, faith-informed approach to therapy.
Cynthia utilizes a variety of evidence-based and integrative methods, including person-centered
and strength-based therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Christian-based counseling. Her work
focuses on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and divorce
recovery.
