Crystal Catalina, Registered Clinical Social Work Intern

Pre-Licensed Therapist

Crystal Catalina is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who provides therapy for adolescents, parents, and adult women navigating anxiety, burnout, body image concerns, and major life transitions. Her work often supports pre-teens, teens, and young adults in high-pressure environments such as dance, cheer, gymnastics, sports, and academically demanding settings.

Crystal helps clients experiencing performance anxiety, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and comparison culture, with a focus on building emotional regulation, confidence, resilience, and healthy motivation without shame. She also works with parents who feel unsure how to support their struggling child.

In addition, Crystal supports adult women navigating anxiety, grief, emotional eating, bariatric surgery, GLP-1 medications, and identity shifts related to body and life transitions. Her approach blends evidence-based therapy with nervous system and emotional regulation strategies to create sustainable, compassionate change. Sessions are collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in practical tools clients can use in everyday life.
