Courtney is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist specializing in adult mental health. She believes that meaningful therapeutic change happens through a collaborative partnership between therapist and client. Courtney brings a genuine, honest, and enthusiastic presence to her work and invites clients to show up with openness and a willingness to engage in the therapeutic process.

Courtney earned her Master of Arts in Expressive Therapies: Dance/Movement Therapy with a Specialization in Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, where she blended her passion for movement with the human need to tell our stories and feel seen. She has provided both talk therapy and movement-based approaches across various levels of care, supporting clients experiencing mood and anxiety symptoms, life transitions, relationship challenges, and a desire for deeper self-connection.

With more than a decade of experience, Courtney is a recognized clinical supervisor to therapists with varying backgrounds and experiences at Ellie Mental Health.
