Connor is a thoughtful, warm, and adaptable mental health counselor to the individuals, couples, and families that he works with. Beyond the personality that he brings to the counselling space, Connor brings a versatile background in sport psychology, in-home therapy, and outpatient therapy. He journeys alongside the folks he serves, in their terms, wherever they may be on the path of mental wellness. Connor believes that the highest quality therapy is built on a genuine alliance, evidence-based practice, and strengths-based focus.

Connor facilitates a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance-and-Commitment Therapy. He has provided support for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, and LGBTQ+ issues to name a few. Connor has a passion for supporting individuals with trauma, as he understands how important quality psychoeducation and careful intervention are for empowering individuals who have experienced trauma. Connor also specializes in sport psychology, as he has a deep understanding of the interplay between sport and mental health while firmly advocating for the limitless benefits to healthy sport participation.

When Connor isn’t at work, you’ll find him spending quality time with his family, playing soccer as often as he can, and, if the weather is right, skiing down mountains.
