Colleen is a therapist graduating from Boston University with a Master’s in Counseling (EdM), specializing in Sport Psychology. She has gained valuable experience providing in-home therapy and outpatient services to families and individuals. Additionally, she has worked with a Division 3 athletic department, Division 3 Rowing and Cross Country and Track programs, and Division 1 Rowing program, supporting both individual athletes and teams as a whole, focusing on enhancing mental performance and overall well-being.

Colleen’s therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered, constructivist, and feminist orientations, while also incorporating elements from other therapeutic models to best meet the needs of clients. She is particularly passionate about working with adults undergoing significant life transitions, offering support as they navigate the emotional and psychological challenges these changes may bring. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, she helps clients explore their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience as they work toward personal growth.
