Guided by the principles of trauma-informed care, I prioritize emotional safety, transparency, and empowerment in every session. I understand how trauma can shape our identities, relationships, and nervous systems, and I aim to support healing in a way that feels gentle, affirming, and free of pressure or pathologizing.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity and sexuality exploration, complex trauma, and life transitions. My clinical training includes trauma, gender and sexual identity, and eating disorders, and I integrate somatic awareness and mindfulness when helpful.
