Therapist

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve taken this important step toward living your best life. If you’re exploring therapist profiles, you may be at a point where life feels challenging, and you’re seeking help to sort things out. I want to acknowledge your courage in recognizing that you need support – you’re not alone in this journey.

Life can be hard, but I firmly believe in the human ability to face challenges and grow in positive, transformative ways. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel at ease while sharing your experiences. Authenticity is one of my core values, and I bring my genuine self, including a good sense of humor, to each session with the commitment to create a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship.

If you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or the weight of traumatic experiences or life transitions, I’m here to help you. I’m ready to meet you where you are and accompany you on your path toward achieving optimal mental health. I tailor my approach to fit the needs of each individual, ensuring you receive the high-quality care you deserve. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Therapy can be hard work, but I would consider it my privilege to walk alongside you and support you as you make meaningful changes. I will honor you as the expert on your own life, respect your pace, and be there every step of the way to help carry whatever you wish to share.
