Cierra is a clinical social worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults and has experience supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral challenges. Cierra has experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and identities and is committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment.

Cierra incorporates elements of various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), psychodynamic therapy, and play-based therapy. She tailors her therapeutic approach collaboratively with each client, recognizing that every individual has unique experiences, strengths, and goals for treatment.

She strives to create a warm, safe, and comfortable space where clients feel heard and supported while working toward personal growth, connection, and meaningful change.

Cierra earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Bridgewater State University.
