Christina Howell, LMSW, provides compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals navigating grief, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. She has a special interest in supporting the neurodivergent community, individuals with special needs, caregivers, and older adults, and uses a strengths-based, integrative approach to help clients feel supported and empowered in their daily lives.

Christina brings experience across a range of clinical settings, including work with seniors to help them maintain independence at home, as well as facilitating individual and group support for those coping with bereavement, divorce, and caregiving responsibilities. Known for her warm, hands-on style and active listening, Christina creates a supportive space where clients can navigate challenges and build meaningful, sustainable change.

Christina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queens College (CUNY) and her Master’s in Social Work from Adelphi University.
