Have you or your family experienced something traumatic that feels overwhelming to navigate on your own? Are difficult behaviors creating stress at home? You don’t have to work through it alone. My goal is to help your child process big emotions, strengthen self-regulation skills, and develop healthy ways of coping while also equipping their caregivers with practical tools and strategies to respond to challenges with confidence, connection, and collaboration. Together, we can strengthen your relationship with your child, heal from past experiences and trauma, and build skills that support lasting growth and resilience.
As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), I bring years of experience supporting children and families across a variety of settings, including education, parent coaching, and outpatient therapy. My areas of specialization include play therapy, somatic interventions, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), attachment-focused work, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. My approach to therapy is child-centered and collaborative with the caregiver. Through play therapy, I provide children with a safe space to explore and process their experiences while partnering closely with families to promote growth and healing both inside and beyond the therapy room. I believe meaningful change happens when children feel understood and supported, and when families have the tools they need to thrive together.
I look forward to partnering with your family on your healing journey.
