Hi, I’m Cheyenne, a Provisionally Licensed Counselor, and I’m really glad you’re here. I believe that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and welcoming, and my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
I have a deep passion for working with new and postpartum mothers, as well as first responders and military personnel. These communities often carry a great deal of responsibility, stress, and expectation, and I understand how hard it can be to ask for support. Together, we can work to break down stigma, build understanding, and move toward healing at your own pace.
As a counselor, firefighter, and mother, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the therapy room. I approach each client with empathy, authenticity, and respect, using evidence-based practices while tailoring our work to your individual needs. I truly believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to mental wellness.
I value the idea of building a supportive village throughout the mental health journey, and it would be an honor to be part of yours. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate challenges, discover strengths, and create meaningful change.
