Chetna is a Registered Marriage & Family Therapy Intern who is dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their self-growth and healing journeys. She is passionate about curating a safe space in which her clients can feel seen, heard, and respected. Chetna works to empower her clients through a client-centered and strengths-based perspective, in which her clients can feel equipped to make the changes they’d like to see in their lives.
Chetna graduated from Nova Southeastern University with her MS in Marriage & Family Therapy, and has received extra training in the Gottman Method, EMDR, and ERP. She works with a diverse range of clients, ranging from ages 10 and older, that may be struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship issues, and other life changes. Chetna tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs and preferences to encourage a strong therapeutic alliance.
Outside of the therapy room, Chetna enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She loves the beach and all types of books.
