Cherise Frazier, LCSW

Therapist

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. Therapy is your space to pause, breathe, and be human. I’m Cherise, and I offer individual and family therapy for children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

I focus on the mind-body connection and helping you build systems that actually work for you. Think of our work as building a house you want to live in—one that feels supportive, sustainable, and truly your own. Sometimes that means reinforcing the foundation, rearranging a few rooms, or letting go of things that were never yours to carry in the first place.

You can expect real talk, compassion, and a little humor along the way.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my degree from the University of Denver. I draw from evidence-based approaches—including DBT, ACT, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, EFT, Person-Centered, and CAMS—to stay flexible and meet you where you are.
