Chenning draws from Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method to support individuals, couples, and families navigating depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting, perinatal transitions, and the complexities of immigration and cultural identity. Multilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, she especially enjoys working with young professionals, parents, immigrants, and members of the AAPI community during times of change.
Chenning is passionate about helping people find acceptance, belonging, and growth. She believes healing happens when we feel seen and understood, and she collaborates with clients to approach challenges with curiosity, compassion, and resilience.
Born in China and immersed in multicultural life, Chenning brings cultural awareness and sensitivity into her work. Outside of therapy, she enjoys running, hiking, and culinary adventures.
