Chelsea Badiola, LMHCA

Therapist

Chelsea is a warm, genuine, and attuned therapist who believes each client is unique and deserves mental health treatment that both honors and meets their unique needs. She also believes fostering a safe, trusting space for clients to show up authentically is key to self-exploration, healing, and growth.

Chelsea focuses on trauma and crisis intervention. She worked in a community mental health setting, counseling individuals and couples at an outpatient behavioral health clinic in Chicago using a trauma-informed approach. Aiming to expand her cultural awareness and worldview, she also studied abroad during graduate school, engaging in a special course focused on combating disability stigma and promoting inclusivity.

Chelsea primarily works with young adults and adults (18+) struggling with anxiety, trauma, and burnout. She uses an evidence-based, integrative approach to help clients make sense of their past, expand their capacity to cope with stress, and ultimately engage with life more fully.
