Chelsea is a warm and genuine therapist who believes each person deserves tailored mental healthcare. She specializes in treating anxiety and complex trauma using an evidence-based and culturally-responsive approach. She also provides care to those navigating grief/loss, burnout, or major life transitions. Chelsea works with all ages and people from all walks of life.
She hopes her clients leave therapy with expanded capacity to respond to life’s stressors, ultimately working towards greater connection, emotional resilience and congruence. She is particularly interested in working with folks in high-pressure environments such as healthcare professionals/first responders, athletes, and corporate leaders.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys reading & writing, spending quality time with loved ones, and staying physically active.
