Charlie Bartlett is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University. He works with individuals navigating trauma, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, and identity development, with a focus on managing emotional distress and adapting to major life transitions with resilience and self-compassion.
Drawing on his background in collegiate athletics and leadership, Charlie brings a grounded, team-oriented perspective to therapy. He is especially attuned to the needs of clients facing high-pressure environments and performance demands, emphasizing balance, emotional regulation, and sustainable personal growth.
Charlie’s clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), within a trauma-informed and attachment-based framework. He has also completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients in processing and resolving traumatic experiences more effectively.
Guided by a commitment to safety, collaboration, and authentic connection, Charlie strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel deeply supported in exploring their experiences, recognizing their strengths, and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
