Cedric Allen is a LPC-Associate who possesses compassion and a deep passion for helping clients on their journey to healing and recovery. Cedric provides a safe, empathic, professional, and non-judgmental environment for clients to express and explore areas of concern as they strive to become or return to the best version of themselves. Cedric completed a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling at Dallas Baptist University, a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management at Webster University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Works Arkansas State University. Cedric is ex-military and has experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, and veterans. Additionally, he has worked in a variety of settings to include: individual, couples, families, group, and Christian settings. He loves working with individuals and/or families facing various obstacles such as: alcohol and drug use, spiritual (Christian), childhood issues, depression, anger management, anxiety, self-esteem, stress management, men’s issues, and suicidal ideation. Lastly, Cedric specializes in Christian Counseling, Person-Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
