Caroline “Carly” Spreitzer, MA/LAPC

Therapist

Hi, I’m Caroline Spreitzer, but please call me Carly! I’m a Philadelphia-based Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) dedicated to helping children and families navigate life’s challenges. As a Stage 4s Neuroblastoma survivor, my commitment to advocacy and resilience is deeply personal.

I hold an M.A. in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. My clinical practice focuses on inclusive outpatient therapy, and as a Safe Zone-trained advocate, I provide an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to thrive.

Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active either by going to the gym or something else, playing tenor saxophone, and gaming. I’m also an avid fan of movies like Orphan: First Kill, Inside Out 2, and But I’m a Cheerleader, as well as shows like The Golden Girls, SpongeBob, The Fairly OddParents, Jimmy Neutron, Judge Judy, Law & Order: SVU, and Everybody Loves Raymond.
