Lina Myrvold (she/her) has been a Marriage and Family Therapist for over 25 years and obtained her license in 2008. Lina has been supervising Associate Mental Health Clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) since 2021 and joined Ellie in February of 2026 as Clinical Supervisor for the Monrovia office.
Lina has worked with many different populations including adults, teens, children and infants. She developed an infant mental health protocol in 2017 that is currently in use in San Bernardino County. Lina specializes in trauma informed therapy as well as bonding, attachment, and relational therapy, with a focus on family systems and generational trauma.
Lina also specializes in affirming LGBTQIA+ therapy. She is honored to be a part of the Ellie team helping Associate Mental Health Clinicians grow and thrive.
Lina loves being a mom, her family, her 3 dogs, Broadway shows, and musical theater.
