Carlee Giordano, LMSW

Therapist

In my time working with children and adults in therapeutic settings on their goals managing trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, anger management, and perfectionism, I have found there are moments where a client gets a light in their eyes. Whether it be from feeling understood, or like they are no longer alone, these are the moments that embody my goal as a therapist. I primarily utilize trauma-informed, adaptive intervention approaches such as EMDR, internal family systems, and narrative therapies in my practice. Through these lenses, it is my goal to work alongside my clients to create a therapeutic space that prioritizes the reduction of shame and guilt while simultaneously increasing self-compassion, understanding, and a commitment to individualized growth
