“Life is what happens after we make plans.” Sometimes those unexpected moments can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lonely, or unsure how to move forward. Challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties can make it hard to regain your footing—but you don’t have to navigate them alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and am licensed in the state of Illinois. I specialize in working with individuals and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and relationship challenges.
My approach to therapy is strengths-based and integrative. I believe that every person has an innate ability to grow, heal, and move forward—even during life’s most difficult moments. Together, we will identify the root causes of your challenges and develop practical strategies to help you regain a sense of balance and direction.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, and mindfulness techniques. This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, while also helping you build meaningful connections and a stronger sense of self.
My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Therapy can be a powerful step toward getting back on track—and I look forward to walking alongside you in that process.
