Camille is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who earned her Masters in clinical mental health counseling from North Carolina A&T State University. She has experience working with a range of ages and backgrounds of people navigating different life transitions.
Camille has specialized experience with adults, caregivers and families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, helping them find balance, understanding, and resilience in the midst of caregiver stress and changing family dynamics. She also works with individuals and families managing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges providing a safe and supportive space to explore emotional, spiritual, and mental wellness.
Camille has a warm, collaborative, compassionate, and direct approach rooted in authenticity. She is value and strength-based using modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Relational Cultural Therapy while integrating other interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. She also weaves in faith-based principles when desired, believing in the power of both spiritual and emotional alignment to promote wholeness.
Camille is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate transitions, challenges, and seasons of growth.
When Camille is not at Ellie, she enjoys spending time by the water reflecting and sometimes coloring with a nice snack on the side. She finds inspiration through writing and making faith and wellness content for her online platforms.
