Cameron earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University Southeast and a
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Indianapolis with a
certificate in trauma. He has experience working with youth, college students, and adults in
outpatient, university, and hospital settings. Cameron has supported individuals through anxiety,
life transitions, identity exploration, grief, and emotional challenges. He strives to create a
welcoming space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected.
Cameron’s approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and flexible to each client’s
needs. He integrates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and multicultural counseling. He values
cultural humility and works to understand clients within the context of their identity, background,
and environment.
Cameron believes that all people, regardless of age, race, gender identity, or sexuality, deserve
support that honors who they are. Common areas of focus include anxiety, grief, identity
development, stress, and major life transitions. Outside of therapy, Cameron enjoys being in
nature, exercising, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. He values authenticity, curiosity, and connection.
