I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Holy Cross New Orleans in 2023. I have a special interest in working with teens, young adults, and adults who struggle with anxiety/depression, disordered eating, or are going through life transitions. I’m also interested in working with individuals hoping to get pregnant, currently pregnant, or trying to figure out life post-pregnancy. I believe a collaborative partnership is crucial, whether you want to achieve specific goals or if you simply need a safe space to explore what’s going on in that head of yours.
