I believe that life is akin to a river—shifting, carving, adapting—always moving toward a deeper source. In that same way, therapy can be a journey back to the wholeness of self: a return to the parts of us that are wise, alive, and capable of connection.
Trained in somatic psychotherapy at Naropa University, I offer a body-based approach to healing that invites you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what’s already within you. I help clients track how emotions and past experiences live in the body—not just in the mind—and how tuning into those sensations can bring clarity, relief, and real transformation.
My work is also shaped by years of experience in earth-based and ceremonial traditions, which inform how I understand healing, resilience, and the human journey. I bring a grounded and attuned presence into the therapy room, and I meet each client with curiosity, warmth, and respect.
I particularly enjoy working with men seeking deeper authenticity, teenagers navigating change, women ready to reconnect with their inner voice, and elders whose stories are ready to be seen and honored. I welcome people from all walks of life and strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to explore your inner world.
