Caelie is a Supervisee in Social Work, obtaining a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from George Mason University. She has worked with a diverse client population, in a variety of different settings, including community-based mental health services, court-mandated counseling, parent coaching, and foster care and adoption. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. Her specialties include: foster care, adoption, trauma, attachment disorders, family therapy, anxiety, depression, and supporting clients of all backgrounds through major life transitions. Her approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and multi-faceted, incorporating a tailored approach to meet your individual needs. Caelie is passionate about empowering others through the use of expressive art-based interventions, CBT, DBT, TBRI, solution focused, mindfulness and trauma focused therapies. Caelie’s goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds to feel supported and thrive both in therapy and in their day-to-day lives.
