Bryan Dalley, ACMHC

Therapist

I’m an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a relational, values-driven approach to therapy. I help clients reconnect with themselves, navigate life transitions, and build new habits by cultivating a more compassionate relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and identities. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I integrate evidence-based practices with warmth, humor, and genuine curiosity.
I believe therapy shouldn’t feel like a manual or a transaction—it should be a collaborative, human experience tailored to each person’s needs. My style is grounded, flexible, and ADHD-friendly, supporting clients in making meaningful change at a pace that respects their individuality.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, offering passionate critiques of bad movies, and experimenting in the kitchen—where I’m equally capable of five-star meals or spectacularly charred disasters.
