Brooke is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. She specializes in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges. Brooke believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to promoting wellness and healing, and she works hard to build a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and achieve their goals.

With a client-centered approach, Brooke empowers individuals to examine negative thinking patterns and make meaningful changes in their lives. She tailors her sessions to each person’s unique needs, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere for growth. Brooke’s goal is to help clients develop resilience and a deeper understanding of themselves, so they can navigate life’s obstacles with confidence.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her two children, and camping.
