Brittney Bach, LLMSW, MPH

Therapist

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—especially during times of uncertainty. As your therapist, I strive to support you through life’s emotional challenges with compassion, curiosity, and care.

My integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic theory. Together, we’ll explore your current struggles as well as the deeper patterns and past experiences that may be shaping them. I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment where meaningful healing and growth can occur.

I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My practice is grounded in culturally responsive and inclusive care that honors your individuality and the uniqueness of your story.

Above all, I view therapy as a collaborative process. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and intention, helping you deepen self-understanding, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or ready for something different, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
