Brittney enjoys working with individuals struggling with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or emotions that feel difficult to understand or manage on your own. In addition, she particularly enjoys working with college students and ones who are recently graduated that are struggling emotionally or perhaps struggling with the transition from school to adulthood. She understands life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, exhausted by our thoughts, or uncertain about what healing even looks like.
Her goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and validated without judgment. Together explore the patterns, experiences, and thoughts that may be keeping you stuck while working toward healthier, more balanced ways of thinking. She helps clients challenge distorted thoughts, build self-compassion, and develop coping strategies.
Therapy with Brittney is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more confident in navigating life’s challenges. Her hope is that you leave sessions feeling empowered, understood, and better prepared to handle whatever life brings you.
When Brittney is not in the office, you can find her spending time with friends and family, collecting perfumes, and planning an itinerary for her upcoming travel plans.
