Brittney is a warm and compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with support, understanding, and guidance. Her approach centers on building a strong therapeutic alliance, where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. She integrates aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with a person-centered approach. This allows her to honor each client’s unique experiences while also offering practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and developing resilience.

Through empathy, validation, and genuine connection, she works alongside her clients to explore their experiences, uncover strengths, and develop meaningful strategies for change. She believes that therapy is a collaborative process, and together with her clients, she helps guide the path toward greater self-awareness, balance, and empowerment. Majority of her work is working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and facing life transitions. Brittney’s goal is to provide compassion and clarity, so her clients feel safe expressing themselves and feel confident in the journey ahead.

When Brittney is not in the office, you can find her spending time with friends and family, collecting perfumes, and planning an itinerary for her upcoming travel plans.
