Brittany (She/Her) is a licensed mental health counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine. She creates a compassionate and safe space for individuals to share and process their emotions while facilitating the development of skills to improve distress tolerance, emotion regulation, self-esteem, self-compassion, and body-image.

Brittany has experience working with kids, teens, and adults with various concerns including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, and disordered eating. She has worked in multiple levels of care including Inpatient, Partial Hospitalization Programs/Intensive Outpatient Programs (PHP/IOP), and Outpatient individual and group therapy.

Brittany takes a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and person-centered approach to therapy incorporating a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and exposure work to meet the needs of her clients.

She values authenticity and appropriate use of humor in the therapy space, believing they help foster genuine connection and strengthen the therapeutic relationship.
