Bridget holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College and a BA in Psychology from Salve Regina University. She has experience providing in-home therapy to children, adolescents, and families, as well as working in residential settings supporting youth and adolescents experiencing homelessness. Through these experiences, Bridget has developed a strong foundation in helping individuals navigate emotional, behavioral, and life stressors while fostering resilience and connection.
Bridget utilizes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and incorporates evidence-based interventions drawn from mindfulness practices, play therapy techniques, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She values creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion, and tailors treatment to each client’s unique strengths, interests, and goals.
Bridget has worked with individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment-related challenges, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties related to self-esteem and life transitions. She strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
