Bridget is a provisionally licensed professional counselor and earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Bridget has gained experience working with a wide range of clients, including adolescents and adults, from diverse backgrounds within individual and group settings. Bridget primarily works under a person-centered and trauma-informed cognitive behavioral frame and ensures that therapeutic practices meet the individualized needs of each client. Bridget aims to create a warm and welcoming environment for all individuals who come to therapy. Bridget’s main treatment specializations include trauma, grief, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life adjustment issues.
In her free time, Bridget enjoys watching movies, reading, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending time with family, friends, and her kitten.
