Brianna enjoys having the chance to communicate and build influential and therapeutic relationship with individuals. She is a solution-oriented strategist with a focus on short and long-term goals that include cross-functional collaboration. While having a strong ability to successfully create and build a fulfilling therapeutic process. Her hopes are to provide a therapeutic experience that allows you to have an unbodied safe place to discover life in a new perspective. To create a place to discuss life’s events and to take a moment to breathe and check in with ourselves. To work through challenging and enduring experiences within our daily surroundings. To take a deeper look into one’s thoughts, feelings, identity, and much more. A place where you can be your most authentic self because sometimes life doesn’t allow us to be. A place to know that it’s okay to feel what we are going through, because she believes that having feelings doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human.

Brianna is a Licensed Professional Counselor- In Training, who recently obtained her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Achieving this opened an understanding for diversity and insight within her skill set to offer a variety of styles because she knows that no one individual is the same. Brianna sees ages 15 and older and her special focal points relate to anxiety, trauma, depression, academics, adjustment, self-love/body positivity, and more through modalities like; Talk therapy, solution-focused, narrative-focused, Cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy styles. In addition to her degree, she has secured certifications related to psychological first aid, and trauma informed care that allows her to help individuals work through their vulnerabilities, safety, awareness, and understanding related to perspectives of impact. That help her to design and reach goals tailored to your needs, wants, and hopes.
