Brianna is a licensed social worker who earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Towson University and her master’s degree in social work from Salisbury University. She is a warm, passionate therapist who is dedicated to providing children and adolescents with the foundational skills needed to support their emotional well-being and growth.

Brianna believes in meeting clients where they are and utilizes a client-centered approach to collaboratively set meaningful and achievable goals. She has experience working with children experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, developmental delays, and behavior concerns, as well as adolescents facing anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

Brianna incorporates evidence-based practices into her work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to support clients in building emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience.
