Brianna is a licensed social worker who earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Towson University and her master’s degree in social work from Salisbury University. She is a warm, passionate therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and adults in building the foundational skills needed to promote emotional well-being and personal growth.
Brianna believes in meeting clients where they are and utilizes a client-centered approach to collaboratively set meaningful and achievable goals. She has experience working with children experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, developmental delays, and behavioral concerns; adolescents facing anxiety, depression, and ADHD; and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life stressors.
Brianna incorporates evidence-based practices into her work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to support clients in building emotional awareness, effective coping skills, and resilience across the lifespan.
