Brian has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, life transitions, and a range of personal challenges. Brian utilizes evidence-based approaches to help clients build coping skills and create meaningful change. Brian graduated in 2024 with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Brian provides a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Using evidence-based approaches—including trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities—he helps clients develop practical tools and strategies for growth. His goal is to support individuals on their journey toward healing, personal growth, and greater overall well-being.
