Brendan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who works with adults and teens navigating challenges related to self-esteem, anxiety, men’s issues, trauma, OCD, and relationships. His approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and informed by his lived experience.
As a therapist Brendan is down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. His approach centers your personal values, strengths, and the way you truly want to live your life. Brendan’s clinical background includes work in community mental health, residential treatment, and transitional living settings.
Outside of the therapy room, Brendan enjoys going to metal shows, reading, birdwatching, calisthenics, and all things nerdy – especially Pokémon.
