Brad is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated from Hodges University. He has over 5 years of experience working with clients of all ages (6-80). Brad uses a variety of approaches to therapy including Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapies. He is strength based in his approach and works to help clients feel empowered and to achieve lasting and healthy growth. Brad is dedicated to ensuring a judgement free and safe place to express thoughts and feelings, and to explore obstacles and options. He works with individuals, couples and families to help them learn to focus on the present and what is within their power to change. Personally, Brad enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his wife and their cat. He enjoys road trips to new places and spending time outside kayaking, hiking and going to the beach.
