I provide a space where you don’t have to have it all together. I specialize in helping people navigate the “messy middle” of life—those times when you know something needs to change but aren’t sure what it is. In our sessions, we won’t just talk about the problem; we will work toward a solution. I believe therapy should be a place where you don’t have to “tough it out” alone, and I am passionate about helping my clients find their spark again.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. My experience includes working with couples, families, individuals, and teenagers to identify roadblocks and tackle the hard stuff together.
Outside the Office: When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually spending time with my miniature dachshunds, working out, solving puzzles, or getting lost in a good book.
