I am a Licensed Counselor Intern with a special passion for working with nontraditional families, particularly those experiencing infertility. While this is a core focus of my work, I also support individuals, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds.
When you schedule with me, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental presence—I’ll meet you at your comfort level, laugh with you when appropriate, and walk alongside you through the hard parts. My approach is rooted in existential therapy and integrates holistic and family-based perspectives, grounded in the belief that you have the power to create meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me spending time with my dogs, painting, practicing yoga, reading, or enjoying nature.
