Bethany Balcer, LPC-Associate

Therapist

Bethany is an outpatient mental health therapist who is supervised by Kimberly Sayers (LPC-S, #64159). Bethany is dedicated to providing a supportive, compassionate space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. She strives to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe exploring life’s challenges.

Bethany works with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem difficulties, and relationship challenges. Her approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from evidence-based practices while recognizing that every client’s experiences and goals are unique. She integrates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy to create meaningful change. Being a former professional athlete, Bethany knows the struggles of mental challenges and trying to push yourself to be the best each day. Seeking support is a courageous first step, and she is excited about the opportunity to work with clients who take that step.
