Ayo Lincoln, MA, LMFTA

Therapist

Ayo Lincoln is excited to welcome you to Ellie Mental Health and is honored to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey. While she looks forward to getting to know you more personally in the coming weeks, she would like to take a moment to introduce herself.

Ayo is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where she earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating a variety of challenges including life stressors, grief, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and substance use issues.

As a Christian therapist, Ayo’s faith plays an important role in shaping her values, her compassion for others, and her belief in the capacity for healing and restoration. She is open to integrating faith-based perspectives into therapy upon request and welcomes spiritual conversations as part of the healing process for those who desire it.

With a strong foundation in both mental and physical health, Ayo takes a holistic approach to care, recognizing that emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being are all interconnected. She works with clients ages 12 and older and values collaboration as an essential part of the therapeutic process.

Her clinical approach draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including:
• Narrative Therapy
• Solution-Focused Therapy
• Collaborative Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Outside of the therapy room, Ayo enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and going on mission trips. She is especially passionate about educating churches and communities about mental health and promoting hope, healing, and resilience through both clinical and faith-informed support.

Ayo looks forward to supporting you as you pursue clarity, growth, and wholeness.
