Ashley (she/her) is an Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT) who specializes in anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem issues, ADHD, grief, postpartum, identity exploration, and relational concerns. Ashley uses an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic modalities. Ashley is passionate in working with couples and individuals (16+).

Ashley offers a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. She views therapy as a partnership grounded in trust, empathy, compassion and respect, where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. She is committed to meeting clients where they are on their journey and supporting them as they develop insight, self awareness, resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lives that feel more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

Outside of therapy, Ashley enjoys music festivals, traveling, and quality time with her friends, family and two dogs.
