Ashley is a Supervised Marriage and Family Therapist on track to be provisionally licensed in the state of Missouri. She offers compassionate therapy services for teens, adults, and couples through a systemic lens utilizing Person-Centered approaches, drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Ashley is passionate about supporting women, parents, and couples navigating perinatal mental health and symptoms of postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety, as well as the transition into parenthood. Ashley’s goal is to provide her clients with unconditional positive regard and a safe space to process difficult experiences, thoughts, and emotions that allows clients to build resilience and maintain positive changes in their life. Ashley believes clients are the experts in their own experiences and utilizes a collaborative approach to support the client’s self-determination and autonomy throughout the therapy process.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys playing soccer, spending time with her family, friends and dogs, Reign & Rogue, watching her kids play sports, and crafting.
Ashley is being supervised by Taylor Ulrey, M.S., LMFT, LMFT-S, LCMFT, LCMFT-S, MHP, PMH-C.
