Ashley Monachino, MA/LPC

Therapist

Looking for a compassionate therapist who values collaboration and authenticity? Meet Ashley!

Ashley practices from a holistic, person-centered approach, grounded in the belief that each individual is the expert of their own life. She strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns with curiosity, openness, and deeper self-reflection.

Using a strengths-based lens, Ashley partners with clients to develop meaningful goals that meet them where they are. She works with children (ages 8+) and adults, tailoring her approach to each client’s developmental needs and lived experiences. With children, Ashley incorporates creative and play-based interventions, believing that play is a powerful way for kids to express emotions, build coping skills, and make sense of their world.

Ashley believes that empathy, compassion, and collaboration are the foundation of a strong and meaningful therapeutic relationship. She has experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, self-harm and suicidality, women’s issues, and various life transitions.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and hanging out with her cat.
