Therapist

Welcome! As a graduate-level counselor trainee, Ashley is completing training under the supervision of licensed professionals. She is a full-time school counselor with a Master of Arts in School Counseling from Amberton University. In addition, she is a graduate student in the Mental Health Certificate program at Lamar University, obtaining the additional hours needed to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.

She will provide individual counseling, group counseling, marriage counseling, family counseling, career development counseling, education counseling, psychotherapy, play therapy, and assessment and diagnostic testing. Her approach is guided by Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Holistic, and Person-Centered Therapy, which will help you work toward your goals.

Ashley is a police wife with two school-aged children. In her spare time, she enjoys being a personal chauffeur for all things extracurricular. Elite Cheer and ball sports are where her family spend most of their time. Off seasons are spent traveling or in the pool! She loves a good thriller, mystery, or romance novel, but music is what feeds her soul!

You can expect a warm, comfortable atmosphere when working with Ashley. She genuinely desires to help others process everything life throws their way.
