Ashley is a Mental Health Counselor who provides compassionate and culturally responsive therapy. She works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions, with a special interest in supporting young adults. Ashley uses an integrative, strengths-based approach drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and solution-focused techniques to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Born and raised in New York City, Ashley brings a deep appreciation for the diverse identities, communities, and lived experiences that shape her clients’ stories. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Africana Studies from Stony Brook University. Ashley has experience working with individuals from a wide range of cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Outside of the therapy room, Ashley enjoys painting, roller skating, and exploring new restaurants.
