Ashley is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a passion for helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful change. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology before completing her master’s in clinical psychology, and has worked in diverse settings—including in-home therapy with children and families, an adult day center serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, and outpatient therapy with adults. These experiences have deepened her commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility.
Ashley’s path into the mental health field was sparked by a lifelong curiosity about why we do the things we do. In her work, that curiosity takes the form of a collaborative and compassionate approach—helping clients explore their inner world, build insight, and make choices that align with their values.
Grounded in evidence-based practices, Ashley’s goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges. She believes meaningful change happens when our thoughts and behaviors reflect what truly matters to us—and while healing isn’t always linear, no one has to walk that journey alone
